Welcome to Anvil Lake Lodge. Our family loves the Northwoods. We built this house as a place to invite friends and family to connect with one another and enjoy the outdoors. It has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It has large living places indoors and outdoors. The basement has a fun game room for rainy days or to take a break from the sun or snow. Anvil Lake a 377 acre lake 15 minutes east of downtown Eagle River. It is a quiet spot to enjoy the outdoors but close enough to town to go to shops, grocery, restaurants. We hope you enjoy your stay with us!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home in Wisconsin! The view was absolutely stunning. Since it was snowing during our trip, we got to enjoy the peaceful scenery and the lake right outside the windows. The house had all the necessities we needed, which made everything super convenient, especially since we were traveling with a big group. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax comfortably, and the layout made it easy for us to spend time together without feeling crowded. Overall, it was a fun and memorable stay. Highly recommend this place for groups looking for a cozy, scenic getaway!

We had a wonderful time at Anvil Lake Lodge! Dan and Katie have truly thought of everything you may need for a comfortable stay. Our kids thoroughly enjoyed the game room and the paddle boards. We all loved sitting around the fire, on the spacious deck and out on the dock. We even spotted a pair of bald eagles soaring overhead! The fall colors were gorgeous. We’d love to come back for another visit!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at the Anvil Lake Lodge, it truly is awesome! The house is beautiful and beautifully decorated. The location is perfect for a north woods family vacation. The hosts are so kind and helpful without being obtrusive.

The lake house was exactly as described and pictured, and the host was so patient and responsive when I had a lot of questions to confirm some details. The house was perfect for our multi-generational family group of 10. There was so much to do between the lake (kayaks, paddle boards, and huge raft included), sports equipment/outdoor games, and hanging out in the big house that we hardly did anything else. The house was well stocked for the number of guests it claims to host which is not always a given (more than enough dishes, towels, indoor and outdoor seating, etc.). Everything was new and clean. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely consider returning.
